We are glad to announce the completion and handover of a brand new acrylic Tennis court of standard size on a turnkey basis to authorities concerned at Lulu Grand Hyatt.

The system consists of a Asphalt subbase and 8 layer acrylic of international standards.

Construction process of Asphalt Sub-base

A typical asphalt base consists of 6” inch pavement which consists of:

• Excavation of earth upto 6″
• Compaction of the sub-base will be by heavy roller.
• Carry out anti termite and weedicide on the total area
• Layer of 3” compacted water bound macadam.
• Lay a 30mm compacted thick Hot Mix asphalt BM course.
• Lay a 20mm compacted thick Hot Mix A.C. course.
• Seal Coat with stone dust
• Four Side Toe Wall With Drainage

Layer build-up of European ITF Certified 8 Layer Acrylic Standard System

The system is durable & minimal maintenance only required. All weather friendly, and doesn’t get affected by UV Rays.

• 1st layer of Primer to improve bonding of acrylic paint with subfloor
• 2nd layer Acrylic Resurfacer 367-30 for filling and smoothing subfloor followed by
• Triple Layers(3rd to 5th layer) of Uni-Rubber Cushion,
• 6th & 7th layer 100 % acrylic Latex based textured tennis base colour coat &
• 8th Finished Top Colour coat to protect flooring against UV Rays with overline marking with Acrylic Paint.
