Waterproofing : Terms and Conditions

• Water, electricity, cement and sand (if required) shall be provided by the client free of cost at work site. If not provided will be charged separately.
• The debris if any, removed from the RCC terrace will be kept at the same level of the site. Disposal of the same further to a suitable location is the responsibility of the client.
• Plumbing leaks if any has to be addressed by the client separately.
• Major cleaning such as scraping of already applied paint, removal of debris, concrete, wood, and shutter, levelling of terrace floor (if any) etc. have to be done by the client.
• Scaffolding if required has to be provided by the client.
• Pre & post treatment water ponding/testing to be done by the client
• Post treatment client is responsible for protecting the system from all kinds of abuse of the treated surface.
• Slope for RCC to be provided by cement screeding/plastering the surface post treatment to avoid water stagnation (unless otherwise specified).
• Plastering as topcoat should be provided after treatment for all surfaces such as basement, sunken toilets, RCC/PCC surfaces, open terraces planting areas & lift pit areas within 7days of the completion of treatment.
• For outside Kochi works, in case of work extending more than a day, accommodation for the application team should be provided by the client.
• RCC structures such as terraces, toilet sunken/RCC floors, water tanks, planter boxes etc has to be tested for structural soundness by water ponding method and if any leaks found markings to be done and brought to our attention prior to commencement of waterproofing.
• During application, if cracks are found on the external surfaces of cement grout/wall/roof, will have to be filled with PU sealant after organo silane application (if specified), which will be charged extra at Rs.190/-per running meter.
• If the substrate is already leaking, Cement/PU pressure grouting will be required; Cement pressure grouting if required; will be charged at Rs.220/- per point. Cement has to be provided by the client at the site.
• As the quoted rate is highly competitive, the entire quoted areas should be should be available at a stretch for application.
• The measurements mentioned above are approximate. On work completion, invoice will be raised based on the final measurements at the work site which may vary the initial quoted total amount.
• Payment: 50% as work mobilization advance as along with order and the balance on running bills basis and any excess amount invoiced above advance payment to be settled immediately on bill submission. Before commencement of the next phase of work, 50% advance for the value of work to be issued. The final payment shall be made immediately after work completion deducting the advance amounts if any from the final bill.
• All payments to be made only in favor of M/s. Unipro Enterprises LLP, payable at Kochi. Account details can be forwarded on request
• Work will be mobilized within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of work order & advance.
• Any other work not mentioned in this quotation will be charged extra at actual.
• The validity of this quote is only for 1(one) week from the date of quote made.
• Taxes: The rates mentioned in this offer is exclusive of GST applicable.
