The squash court laid by Unipro (at Prestige Neptune’s Courtyard) has true and consistent bounce. The flooring is slip-proof, without excessive binding of the shoes, allowing free movement.

The front wall was re-plastered and is quite good in terms of bounce and direction.

Senior players, national & state-level, who have played on this court have concurred with my feedback.

We had a major water leaking issue through the expansion joints in the hospital which affected the OT complex and near by areas. Earlier we have done lot of works to prevent the same but nothing is much effective and didn’t make a permanent solution for this.

Recently we came to know the product Sikadur through our civil architect for the expansion joint treatment and the water proofing works. We have engaged M/s Unipro for the work and experienced a well coordinated technical team effort from them for the work and completed the same well within the time frame.
