If not provided will be charged separately.<\/li>\n<li>If tiles on the application surface are broken, the same needs to be replaced in advance by the client.<\/li>\n<li>Before the application major cleaning, removal of debris, concrete, wood, and shutter etc. have to be done by the client.<\/li>\n<li>As the quoted rate is highly competitive, the entire quoted areas should be should be available at a stretch for application.<\/li>\n<li>If the total applied area is lesser than the reported area, the rates will remain same.<\/li>\n<li>The measurements mentioned (If any) above are approximate. On work completion, invoice will be raised based on the final measurements at the work site which may vary the initial quoted total amount.<\/li>\n<li>Taxes: The total amount quoted above is inclusive of current applicable GST.<\/li>\n<li>Payment: 50% as work mobilization advance as along with order. Balance immediate after completion. All payments to be made only in favor of M\/s. Unipro Enterprises LLP, payable at Kochi.
